FTP Site:
To access our FTP site, you must first contact us to set
you up with a Username and Password. Call us at 914-693-0778
or email us at john@myphotocenter.com
with your name, address and specific instructions on your
ftp needs.
- If you are a MAC user, you will need a separate FTP
program like FETCH. You can download it here www.fetchsoftworks.com.
- If you are a PC user, you do not need a separate FTP
program, but you may find it easier to access if you use
FTP sites often. Here is a good one to download called
WS_FTP at http://www.wsftp.com/products/file-transfer.html
Note: We recommend the home user version. There is a
free 30 day trial.

This WSFTP
programs now allows you to see
thumbnails of what you are sending and has made things
very simple compared to what it used to be. You
will really like this!
Our FTP web address is ftp://myphotocenter.com.
If you use this link and get an error message, try
refreshing the screen.
- You will be prompted for a Username and
Password.
- Once in the site you can add, copy or delete any of
your files or folders. If you are leaving a large
order, please organize your files into a separate folder
by print size. See an explanation of our Organized File

Setup Guide. Also be sure call us at
914.693.0788 or email us at office@myphotocenter.com
and let us know that you have sent something by
FTP.
- When you call or email us, we will create an order
from our point of sale system which will have your
address and contact information (This was obtained
when we set up your user I.D. and password)
When you call or email us, please specify if you would
like your prints mailed or held for pickup at either of our
stores. (Ardsley or Scarsdale)
If you do NOT specify, We'll assume pickup in Ardsley.
